EFS Euro Tour 2016 – Boys U17/18

This spring break European Football School will be sending a boys soccer team aged 16 to 18 to Europe to play 7 exhibition games against teams from Holland, Germany and Belgium.

Between March 8th and March 23nd the team will travel with stops and games in Amsterdam (Holland), Den Bosch (Holland), Dusseldorf (Germany), Antwerp (Belgium) and The Hague (Holland). In all, 7 games are scheduled over the 13 day trip.

Amar Talic, will be coaching the boys throughout and would like to thank his staff including: Saibo Talic, Manny Sillas, Brian Hansen and Craig Chila, for helping prepare the boys.

This will be the 20th international trip organized by EFS since its founding in 1999. The boys have been practicing several times per week and are all looking forward to the challenge. Whatever the result, all agree that this will be an incredible soccer experience. Saibo and Amar would like to recognize and thank the contributions of parents Randi Sinclair, Ashlee Lewis, Christine Broatch and also Kristina Ancic from Doma Airlines for their important work in organizing the fundamental aspects of the trip. It would not have been possible without them. Of course the European Football School would like to thank all the team contacts, our thanks to Boban Palvov for organizing our two matches in Holland, Robert Cirjak, Dirk Reimuller and Sabrina Schutte in organizing our three games in Germany, and to Alan Grozdanic for arranging our two matches in Belgium.

Our squad of 20 players is made up of players from West and North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Abbotsford, Mount Curry, Prince George, Williams Lake, and Kamloops.
