Spring Camps 2017 Summary

This year’s Spring Camp was held in five different locations across British Columbia: Kamloops, Salmon Arm, Mt.Currie, Vernon, and Quesnel. In the five camps over 250 players between ages of 7 to 18 years old went through the EFS training program. We thank everyone for attending this year’s Spring Camps and for choosing EFS has their development camp.

Kamloops, BC Camp
This year’s spring weekend camp, March 17-19, 2017, was also well attended by many quality players and a lot of returning players from previous EFS camps in the Kamloops. Players were able to train with guest coach Alan Grozdanic from Belgium. Marnie Olson instrumental in putting together the camp at Thompson River University turf field and for promoting EFS once again in the Kamloops community. Thank you to the parents and players for their continued support of our program.

Salmon Arm, BC Camp
This year’s spring camp, March 20-24, 2017, was well attended by many quality players in both the morning and afternoon sessions. Players were able to train with guest coach Alan Grozdanic from Belgium. We were pleased with the effort and willingness of the Shuswap Youth Soccer Association to promote the EFS program. Many thanks to Kevin Harrison (Executive Director of the SYSA), Anitra Warton and to Shuswap Youth Soccer Association. Thank you to the parents and players for their continued support of our program.

Mt. Currie, BC Camp
This year’s spring camp, March 23-25, 2017, was well attended by many eager players willing to improve their soccer skills. We were pleased with the effort and willingness of the Lil’wat Youth Soccer Association and many thanks to Alphonse Wallace for his continued support in EFS. Thank you to the parents and players for their continued support of our program.

Vernon, BC Camp
This year’s spring camp was held the week of March 27-31, 2017. This was EFS’s second time in Vernon, BC and it was another wonderful experience and camp. Many quality players attended this year's camp. We thank Ian Murphy for his help in promoting the camp in the Vernon community. Thank you to the parents and players of this community for their support of our program and we hope that we can keep growing the future camps in Vernon.

Quesnel, BC Camp
This year’s spring weekend camp was held on April 7-9, 2017. This three-day camp attracted players from Quesnel, Williams Lake, Prince George, and surrounding communities. The camp was well attended with many of them returning from previous years. Our thanks to Gilbert Schotel (President of QYSA) and the Quesnel Youth Soccer Association and as well to the Williams Lake Youth Soccer Association for their continued support of this EFS camp. Thank you to the parents and players of these communities for their continued support of our program.
