Laguna Beach California Tour -U13/U14 Girls - April 23 - 28, 2015

The European Football School, under head coach, Saibo Talic, will send a team of U13 and U14 girls to Laguna Beach, California to play 5 friendly matches against some strong South California competition between April 23 - 28, 2015. Our team is comprised of players from North and West Vancouver, Squamish, Pemberton, Maple Ridge, Salmon Arm and Williams Lake, BC. They have been training for 2 months in preparation for this short tour, and after competing for 5 day will end their tour with a trip to the Magic Kingdom. We acknowledge the hard work of assistant coaches, Steve Macdonald and Michelle Passant in helping Saibo prepare this young team for competition. We also thank in advance our Tour Manager, Paula Freeman, and Chaperone coordinator, Loretta Stager who will be hard at work ensuring things run smoothly for the players while in Sunny California.

Holland, Germany & Belgium Tour - U16/U17/U18 Girls- May 5 - 19, 2015

Our second tour of the year will take our U16, U17 and U18 girls to Holland, Germany and Belgium for two weeks. We will be playing a total of 6 matches, 2 in Den Bosch, Holland against FC Haarsteeg, and FC Grongingen Cambuur, two matches in Germany against Borussia Monchengladbach, and one match in Dusseldorf, and our last two matches will be in Antwerp, Belgium. Our thanks to Boban Palvov for organizing our matches in Holland, to Sabrina Schutte for organizing our games in Germany, and to Alan Grozdanic for arranging our matches in Belgium. Our small squad of 18 players is made up of players from West and North Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Squamish, Quesnel, Prince George, Williams Lake, and Salmon Arm. Saibo has been training the squad for 2 months to prepare for this amazing soccer adventure and the girls are looking forward to bumping shoulders with some of the best clubs in Europe. Our Tour Coordinator, Christine Broatch, and Team Manager, Margret Christensen, are busy putting the final details together in what should be a great first soccer tour for these players.
