Spring Break Camps- Guest Coach, Marco Toppmoller

The European Football School conducted a series of camps before and during Spring Break in April this year.
EFS wishes to thank the parents and players in each of the Quesnel, Salmon Arm, Squamish, Burnaby, Kamloops, and North Vancouver communities for their continued support of the European Football School.

EFS Welcomes Guest Coach, Marco Toppmoller, from FC Bayern Munich

The European Football School is excited to announce that it has invited Marco Toppmoller from FC Bayern Munich as its Guest Coach for 2 weeks over Spring Break - March, 2013.

EFS Alumni Game – 2012

The European Football School held its Annual Alumni Soccer Games on Sunday December 30, 2012 at Windsor Turf Field. Many of our Alumni girls and boys showed up to reconnect with Saibo and former EFS friends and team mates and to cheer each other on. The Alum girls played our EFS U15 – U18 girls and the Alum boys, mixed with our U17 U& U18 EFs players played against Sarajevo of the Men’s league. Both played a solid match on a gloriously sunny day. Hot chocolate and mandarin oranges were enjoyed by all post game.

EFS 2013 Spring season begins

The European Football School five-month Spring Session begins its girls’ program on Saturday February 2, 2013 and its boys’ program on Sunday February 3, 2013. Training will continue each weekend at the Capilano Reserve Park grass field on the Squamish Nation Reserve in North Vancouver (intersection of Capilano Road and Welch Street – 4 way stop).

EFS Travels to Red Deer Alberta

The European Football School travelled across the provincial boundaries to Red Deer, Alberta to conduct a five-day skills and development camp December 3 – 7, 2012. EFS was invited by Technical Director, Ademir Ado Sarcevic, of the Red Deer Renegades Soccer Club. EFS Head Coach, Saibo Talic, was very pleased with the quality of the Renegade players.
There were a total of 14 teams participating in the camp, rotating through three sessions per day over five days. These young players aged 8 – 18 years old were dedicated to the camp and worked very hard all week.
